Two more Reality-Based knives coming for 2007

When the famous knife manufacturer Boker had me design a knife last year I never imagined doing another one. When they introduced the Jim Wagner Reality Based Blade back in January 2006, only a few short months ago, and their sales exceeded their expectations, they asked me to work on a “Jim Wagner series with them.” With the direction of marketing director Dietmar Pohl, and final authorization from Boker president Carsten Felix, I went back to the drawing board. The result of this team work is the Jim Wagner Reality-Based Blade II and the Jim Wagner Reality Based Rescue Blade coming out on the market January 2007.

Boker, always with its finger on the pulse of the global knife market, was getting positive feed back on my original design. Police, corrections, military, and security personnel loved the mean tactical folder I had designed specifically for knife combat, but some people who were not in this category said, “wouldn’t it be nice if there could be a more utility style blade for Jim’s knife.
The two new knives are already in the new catalog going out to distributors. Once the first batch is shipped to the United States I will offer them on my online store. Until then, you can order the original version of my Jim Wagner Reality-Based Blade.
